EarlyStageVC: Some Problems with Mashups

How I got here I don't know, but I have been mulling over your idea and
I thought this might be of interest to you.

You don't have to read the whole thing. It basically says that what you
have proposed could be called a Mashup, or more specifically a Mashup As
Business (MAB). You are taking other resources, Google maps, Mapquest,
phone service, and adding value. The amount of value you add will
determine the success of the enterprise. The value is in something
unique that people will want to buy.

Another point to consider when doing such a thing is can you get out
there big enough and fast enough to hold off competitors, if so what do
you have in place to ensure your intellectual property rights
